The Umber Meadow

The Umber Meadow is a war dance originally devised by the elf Lali Primsearch. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Sensual Aquamarine. The dancers perform in a circle along an improvised path, moving slowly with the music. The expressive dance is punctuated by aborted moves.

• The dance begins with the introduction of the music. This section is punctuated by clockwise eighth turns and sensual runs.
• The dance enters a new section with the variations on the theme of the music. This section is punctuated by counterclockwise half turns and high body level.
