The Luxurious Lace
The Luxurious Lace is a solo performance dance originating in The Disloyalty of Crypts. The form guides dancers during improvised performances. The dance is accompanied by The Saffron Song. The dancer performs quickly to the music's urdu rhythm. This dance is a refined artform, with five special positions to be mastered. The entire dance has a basic movement called the osm. There is a series of four steps in a square pattern with an expressive arm carriage and sluggish independent body movement. The fluid weightless dance is punctuated by raised right arms and low body level.
- The dance begins with the passage of the music. This section is punctuated by body level changes.
- The dance enters a new section with the next passages of the music. This soft expressive section is punctuated by counterclockwise half turns.
- The enu is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a high body level with a low raised right arm.
- The stol is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a debauched arm carriage.
- The zak is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a proud raised left arm with a partially realized left leg lift, a sprightly backward bend and a low body level.
- The tuxxu is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a refined left leg lift with a proud arm carriage and a low body level.
- The ugas is one of the fundamental dance positions. There should be a sluggish rightward bend with a right leg lift, a high body level and a raised arm.
