The Sky of Fins is a poetic narrative intended to praise rain which grew out of the performances of The Curls of Questing. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is four to six quatrains. The fourth line of each quatrain has the same grammatical structure as the second line. The fourth line of each quatrain must expand the idea of the second line. The rhyme scheme of the poem is AAAB. As a rule throughout the poem, the end rhymes don't generally match perfectly.
