The Dust of Ashes

The Dust of Ashes is a poetic narrative intended to describe the concept of death originally devised by the human Resmi Squareglazed. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is a single quatrain. A form of parallelism is common throughout the poem, in that certain lines use the same placement of allusions. Each line has seven syllables. The fourth line of the quatrain reverses the grammatical structure of the second line. The fourth line must make use of consonance.
