The Tundra of Eagles

The Tundra of Eagles is a dramatic poetic form intended to describe the concept of nature originally devised by the elf Thelire Embraceblood. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is two to three septets. Use of symbolism and metaphor is characteristic of the form. A form of parallelism is common throughout the poem, in that certain lines often contrast underlying meaning. Each line has nine syllables. The seventh line of each septet uses the same placement of allusions as the first line.
