The Bewilderment of Dreaming is a poetic narrative intended to describe Doto Puzzlingtwilight originally devised by the goblin Mato Menacereigns. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is a single quatrain. Use of internal rhyme is characteristic of the form. Forms of parallelism are common throughout the poem, in that certain lines have similar grammatical structures and they reverse grammatical structures. Each line has twelve syllables. The rhyme scheme of the poem is ABBA.
