The Satins of Sparkling

The Satins of Sparkling is a poetic riddle concerning a specific place, originating in The Hale Field. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is divided into three distinct parts: a line, another line and a couplet. Forms of parallelism are common throughout the poem, in that certain lines often share an underlying meaning, they often contrast underlying meaning, they use the same placement of allusions and they sometimes have reversed word orders. Each line has eight syllables.
