The Future of Justice

The Future of Justice is a poetic riddle concerning immortality, originating in The Inky Growths. The form guides poets during improvised performances. The poem is divided into a series of nineteen-line stanzas and a series of quatrains.

• The first part is intended to express grief over the subject of the poem. The sixteenth line of each stanza must expand the idea of the thirteenth line. It has lines with eight syllables.
• The second part is intended to console the audience. The fourth line of each quatrain must expand the idea of the third line. It has lines with nine syllables.
