The Wondrous Song is a solemn poetic form, originating in The Persuasive Berry. The rules of the form are applied by poets to produce individual poems which can be recited. The poem is divided into four to five tercets and a line.
The first part is intended to make an assertion. It has lines with seven syllables.
The second part is intended to undercut the previous assertion. It has nine syllables.
